SOUTH AFRICA'S ORIGINAL SERVICE PROVIDER TO CANNABIS SOCIAL CLUBS AND CULTIVATORS. PROVIDING SELF-REGULATING COMPLIANCE MEASURES WHILST GROWING CANNABIS CULTURE & AGRI-ECONOMY

Grow one Africa™(GOA) aims to be a self-regulatory organisation and service provider within the recreational craft cannabis social grow club market in South Africa. We do this by providing a self-regulatory Grow Club Compliance Model and then facilitating the opening of private cannabis social clubs in compliance with the 2020 Proposed Cannabis Bill. This model focuses on responsible cannabis use, sharing and cultivation while providing full traceability to all associated GOA cannabis social club members.

  1. A C³ Group/ Affiliate Club is a Club that has an affiliation with a C³ endorsed group of affiliated clubs, which may or may not function independently.  ​

  2. This provides the security/ management system/ constitution & compliance measures that has been developed by the group/ standard solutions used by the groups. C³ endorsed Groups/ Affiliates provide the overall security of not having to do everything in house or establishing & developing your own management system.

  3. The following groups are currently C³ endorsed : 

    1. Grow One Africa​

    2. High Street Network

    3. Kingsleaf

    4. Afrimeter club solutions are currently under trial & development in conjunction with C³ Clubs as a C³ recommended onboarding & integration plattform between all various models & systems.

  4. Any new groups/ affiliates wishing to join C³, will have to provide their model of operation (including management system & constitution) to be endorsed by C³

  5. C³ Affiliate Clubs adhere to the values, principles & operating procedures as defined by the management systems & constitution of the group/ affiliation.

Chief Criteria for C³ Affiliate Club

​

C³ Group/ Affiliate Clubs  are based on:

The Cannabis for Private Purposes Act, our Constitutional right to freely & privately associate with like minded individuals or Club members & as defined by the constitution & management systems of the group.

​

With the the full intention to:

  1. Offer best value for money small-scale, organic, artisanal produce & experiences to C³ Group/ Affiliate Club members and the greater community.

  2. To achieve C³'s primary goal, which is to obtain full demographic representation & participation of the South African population in the small scale artisinal Cannasphere.

  3. To be activey involved in the destigmitization of Cannabis, & create awareness of it's medicinal applications, skills development & empowerment potential including the establishment of working models & pilot projects for further refinement with a view for African & International integration initiatives.

  4. To expand the C³ Group/ Affiliate Club offerings into other small scale high value solutions such as tourism & produce such as traditional medicinal herbs.

C³ Group/ Affiliate Clubs operate on a non profit base.

​

  1. C³ Group/ Affiliate Clubs cannot cultivate more than 1000 Cannabis plants on any site, in flowering at any stage.

  2. C³ Group/ Affiliate Clubs  establish cultivation agreements with cultivators according to the management systems provided by the Group, this can be onsite or offsite.​​​​​

General C³ Group/ Affiliate Club requirements:

Standards with regards to water used for cultivation:

  1. Harvested rain & natural water preferred.

  2. Bore hole water tested 2 x per year.

  3. No planting within the vicinity of sewerage systems.

  4. The above forms part of the cultivation contracts  that are formed between C³ Affiliate Clubs  & their cultivators.

The empowerment initiatives of each C³ Group/ Affiliate club must be clear & regularly updated. In the South African context these can include : 

  1. Support for legacy growers/ deprived communities i.t.o cultivation/ processing contracts, specifically aimed towards Mpondo , Rastafari, & Khoisan people.

  2. Local community development upliftment & educational programs.

  3. Establishing & developing empowerment actions through your club such as the Dagga Industrial Development Team,

  4. Establishing Service Providers, or Micro Clubs , or Community Clubs in your local deprived/ vulnerable communities, to provide upliftment/ employment opportunities.

In addition, all C³  Clubs are required to :

  1. Demonstrate their commitment towards empowerment initiatives. The Club's Social Responsibility Initiatives or planned initiatives are requested upon registration. All C³ Clubs are required to compile a Google Doc which contain the club's empowerment actions/ planned empowerment actions and to supply C³ with a link to this document. This link will be reflected on the website on this page : C3 Empowerment Initiatives

  2. Upload video content at a minimum of 5 minutes per month to reflect your C³ Club operations or empowerment actions. This is required for the development of the social media profiles & platforms. You are welcome to upload up to 6 videos per month of not longer than 10 minutes per video. This can be done here.

  3. C³ Clubs are encouraged to share their members activities & initiatives on the C³ forum, as well as their videos on the C³ Facebook page. â€‹â€‹

It is essential that C³ Group/ Affiliate Clubs provide tracking & tracing of members stock, especially if using offsite cultivators.​​

C³  Group/ Affiliate Club Fees:​

  1. Management systems/ Software/ Models which are endorsed by C³ will be represented by this website, and will have their own additonal fees, levies and compliance measures as applicable to their group structure.​​
