Petition to formalise Cannabis Social Clubs (CSC) for access to private Adult-Use cannabis in South Africa

To : Relevant State Departments and Offices including the PMO of the President, Dtic, DoJCD, DSD,            Parliament, and others as required.

 

I the undersigned,

 

• Support the legalization of private adult cannabis use.

• Request the cessation of arrests targeting responsible Cannabis Social Clubs & consumers.

• Advocate for a legal framework that ensures safe and regulated access to private use of cannabis.

 

I believe that Cannabis Social Clubs offer a safe, controlled environment for adult use, and are a crucial step toward more progressive, human rights and harm reduction based drug policy that enable our constitutional right to access cannabis for private use.
