STARTUP PROCEDURES FOR C³ CLUBS :

Step 1 : Establish & formalise your initial Management Committee

Step 2 : Elected Management Committee compiles & formalises your Club Constitution & Membership Agreement.

Step 3 : Register on the C³ Website.

Step 4 : Sign up Members using your Membership Agreement.

Step 5 : Issue on/offsite cultivation contracts of no more than 2 plants per Member at any stage. C³ advises that you start small & develop your management skills & membership base as you increase your cultivation capacity.

Step 6 : Inform local community leaders & SAPS about your operation.

Step 7 : Launch your operation as soon as your first produce is available in accordance with your management system.​

Step 8 : Continuously update your management system & social responsibility initiatives to reflect club operations.
